We have a deep appreciation and understanding of the systems that we install for all our clients. We have been involved in the R&D, design and set-up of most of the technology that we use in our systems and are confident in their performance. We also understand the capital outlay can for many companies be challenging. Therefore, project dependant, Precision Security has set up a division, Precision Rentals, that takes all the maintenance and management responsibilities away from the client and we takes full responsibility for its operation. We often find our clients not utilising the full potential of the systems we install and/or fail to maintain the hardware and update the software, which usually leads to wastage and disrepair. We will enter into a service level agreement with the customer whereby we provide end-to-end management on the surveillance or security system.
